Hi!! is this vinegar ok to use for extractions??? reductions, etc.????? there doesnt seem to be any other commercial brand of vinegar in my country.

It's probably no problem if the vinegar is for food use. The amounts present are likely very low and you don't need a lot of vinegar for the acid cooking anyway.
