...in the strangest places.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-2939830/No-wonder-called-stone-age-Ancient-humans-taking-drugs-including-magic-mushrooms-opium-10-600-years-ago.html
“I sometimes marvel at how far I’ve come - blissful, even, in the knowledge that I am slowly becoming a well-evolved human being - only to have the illusion shattered by an episode of bad behaviour that contradicts the new and reinforces the old. At these junctures of self-reflection, I ask the question: “are all my years of hard work unraveling before my eyes, or am I just having an episode?” For the sake of personal growth and the pursuit of equanimity, I choose the latter and accept that, on this journey of evolution, I may not encounter just one bad day, but a group of many.”

Havn't read the article yet but mushrooms growing on strange objects is not a new idea.
Over at shroomery i've seen novelty grows done with money in the casing layer, grown on 1/4lb marijuana, & even on a bra.

Does anyone know if it is possible for mushrooms to grow in a vacuum?
Let us declare nature to be legitimate. All plants should be declared legal, and all animals for that matter. The notion of illegal plants and animals is obnoxious and ridiculous.

All my posts are hypothetical and for educational/entertainment purposes, and are not an endorsement of said activities. SWIM (a fictional character based on other people) either obtained a license for said activity, did said activity where it is legal to do so, or as in most cases the activity is completely fictional.

OK, I'll skip the poetic allegory in future!

TL ; DR

Rabid right wing tabloid runs positive article discussing "surprise discovery" that ancient humans took lots of drugs.

Twisted Evil

@ Mitakuye: I don't think anything living grows at all in a vacuum, as it's the ultimate hostile environment...

Haha, awesome pics!

The very first lesson the mushrooms ever taught me was: from shit, we bring forth beauty. Now go do the same.
