I've been fascinated the potential of DMT ever since I first heard about it 5 years ago; since then I've tried it a about a dozen times with some mind blowing experiences which had a profound effect on my life.

This was my first ever sucessful trip on DMT…
Time: 08:00pm
Dosage: Not measured – approx. 50mg
Mood: Peaceful and happy with a little pre-flight anxiety.

It was a Friday evening in summer and I had the house to myself; I'd wanted to try DMT for some time so I jumped at the opportunity.

Figuring it would be a nice setting to trip in the garden seeing as it was still summer and pretty warm outside, I set up a chair and put the lighter to my foil covered coke bottle…To my surprise it worked really well!
I take a huge hit of thick vapour hold it in for around 20seconds. WOAH! Waves of intense vibrations run through my body, every cell in my body feels ALIVE! Reality it becoming distorted and my surroundings are starting to disappear.
Struggling to control my co-ordination I take one last hit, hold it in for as long as I can and sit back.
The sky is clear and as I look up something amazing unfolds before my eyes...Stars begin to join up as you would see at a planetarium, except they created a highly detailed tribesman in the sky; A GIANT MULTICOLOURED TRIBESMAN
I almost didn't want to close my eyes as I watched in amazement as this display of art magically formed in the sky. The trip continues to intensify and at one point I feel like I had grown 4 extra arms and my body had merged with the chair – The boundaries of where my body 'was' had totally disappeared!

When I closed my eyes I could see the typical geometric patterns that DMT is known for though I could still not comprehend the level of complexity and beauty as they continued to change. I also felt the presence of an entity, which appeared as a goddess. She did not saying anything; she just watched but I could sense she was powerful but also very caring almost motherly - I cannot say much more but I will be posting later trips where I meet the same entity again.

As the intensity of the trip began to decline I tuned into the sound around me, I could hear the music from the party a couple of doors down.. For the life of me I can't remember which song it was, but I do remember a very strong feeling of celebration that came from the song. A feeling so strong I couldn't contain; I found myself dancing to the music and you could hear people cheering…It was like the entire universe was having a party.


I was completely blown away by what I had just experienced and all I could do was repeat the word "WOW" out loud for the next hour. The afterglow left me with a feeling of euphoria far stronger than anything I’ve felt before and a renewed sense of intrigue of the world around me. By 9:00pm I was back to baseline.
