Would it be possible to brew ayahuasca like usual using Syrian Rue and ACRB, and then boil it down to a very crude sludge after filtering the plant material?

Could one smoke this sludge or maybe purify it with IPA?

Purely hypothetical but it crossed my mind so I'll post it.

The DMT an harmala would likely be in salt form and won't vape very well. I've never tried it, but maybe some one else can chime in

For good vaporizing it should be in a freebase correct?

If so, could one freebase it with sodium carbonate and purify for a better smoke?

If you are going to do all that, might as well just extract it using a normal tek.

Im not sure why you would want this. Are your intentions to have a more aya like experience by a smokable product?

My thoughts are that the sludge, even if converted to freebase form would hold far to much organic plant matter to harmala/dmt ratio to make this a worth while venture. You would fill your lungs with harsh smoke that contained very little goodies in it per hit.

I think that was my problem.
Not high enough tryptamine content per volume to get me as far as I wanted.
Although I did get a rather intense trip from it!

OEV's, CEV's, HEAVY tryptamine body and mind feeling reminiscent of the Ayahuasca I drank although not nearly as intense.
I felt the plant spirit and smelled the familiar smells of Ayahuasca while in the trip.

It worked but, I don't think one could "breakthrough" or have a clean DMT experience with it.

I am working on a "better" extraction as we speak.
I'm not seeking PURE DMT just yet. I really want to work up to that.
I have some crude DMT and I'm extracting some Rue for a Changa mix.

DMT freebase infused into 10x B. Caapi leaf will take you about as close as you can come to a smokeable Ayahuasca, IMO.

I bet you could use your technique to super-concentrate Ayahuasca though, so long as nothing burned. An Ayahuasca candy/resin ball, maybe? It would taste disgusting, but might make for a longer-come up.

I just completed a rue extraction and acrb extraction.

I have 4.3g ACRB worth of DMT Freebase

And 10g Syrian Rue worth of Harmalas Freebase...

Should I make changa with White Sage or ground ACRB?

Forgot to mention the DMT is crude, but definately a huge improvement over the IPA extract I did.
