hey nobody ain't getting offended , i do get excited no doubt
and since this info is on the web and potentially accessible to many , its important to share our honest views on the subject , just believing anything is not a good sign , neither is it wise to disbelieve everything unnecessarily
i somehow find to hard to believe , people don't accept anomalies
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Savant_syndrome http://en.wikipedia.org/...tism_spectrum_disorders
there is this guy i can't remember the name of right now , yet he can read all books photographically and knows all the info abut everything on the planet in his mind , even street addresses and maps of the world , his brain just does it on auto (he's an american)
there is another one who can calculate any mathematical problem , remember Pi to thousands of digits , and on one documentry i saw this guy learn icelandic or some other difficult language within a week
i m not saying "Mahraj-ji" was a savant , yet he was different and an anomaly for sure , i am sure he felt the LSD too because he prescribed it to Raghu Marku's father aswell , and also gave instructions to baba Ram Dass to consume it on a cold climate , alone , and with the mind turned towards God
he would'nt prescribe the medicine if the medicine had no effect or give effective instructions on its utilization unnecessaarily, yet the effect he got from LSD is not the same effect we would get , the clarity of the experience would be different for him i guess
i believe extraordinary things are not so out there as already in here and part of us all
and if there are practices out there which enhance the psychedelic experience , there are definetly practices out there to effectively subdue it ,
ever since i suffered from some weak form of psychosis , i started practicing everything i could to block it out totally , when the psychosis healed (not sure about this

)
i applied the same techniques to the psychedelic experience and found it comfortably easier to handle , some of the anylatical processes could be totally blocked out giving way to much more enjoyable experience
edit: i would like to also add Stanislav Grof and others was treating psychiatric disorders with LSD before it was scheduled, where a lot of improvement was noted in the patients
now if LSD is supposed to make you hallucinate like crazy , how does it really help the crazy become saner (speaking in broad terms ofcourse)
well i am obviously inclined to believe the effects have something to do with our individual brain chemistry/wiring aswell as the substance itself along with our metheodology and individual practices and approach
whereas a normal individual might see things waving , patterns , and pseudo hallucinations
the crazy might just have a different effect with the entheogen, they might come back to sanity
has anyone wondered how people with ocd react , or the ones on the autistic spectrum , what about the savant's and geniuses ?
and what about people who have been pushing themselves with meditation/concentration , one pointedness of the mind
its different for everyone , and what we do with it can make it even more different for ourselves

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychedelic_therapy
"the transpersonal is not a fantasy brought on by a feverish mind but rather a reality which is normally not accessible to ordinary consciousness due to defensive mechanisms which can be bypassed in a variety of ways including but not limited to the use of psychedelics. He believes that naturally occurring forms of transpersonal experience, including some aspects of psychosis, are not pathological but rather represent the emergence of the transpersonal into the realm of the ordinary"
http://www.mentalhelp.ne...p?type=doc&id=41802
thus its very easy to access the transpersonal even without psychedelics , lucid dreaming and astral projection are two such novel ways
also its very easy to access the ordinary even if you're on a psychedelic , certain meditative/concentrative practices do just that - make you a little sober even if you're hallucinating
in psychedelic therapy treating people with hallucinogens might sound outlandish idea to help them out yet if one can know the distinction between the body , mind and soul and one comes to learn the difference between 3d reality , astral worlds , imagination and other states of transpersonal existence ........the insane might never get lost again
according to this philosophy the aliens and dimensions we see very real and always all around us , our filters only prevent us from seeing this all the time , i have already pointed out this place is multidimensional
if we can control our mind we may open the filter so wide that the whole multiverse shows up , or we might narrow it so much that only 3d reality is percieved ..... psychdelics can assist us to do this or we can even do it on our own
we may choose what we like for hyperspace is already here .........its all around us ....we are not seeing correctly
edit again : i just remember something that feels really exciting , this is about the multidimensionality of his place ...........
when light falls on 3d object it creates another being a 2 dimensional creature called the shadow , similarly the shadow has a 1 dimensional being to look down to from his/her world which is also right here all the time whether we percieve it due to our filters or not
and we our 3d self is a shadow of a 4th dimensional being and so on till infinity as each being is created from the light of the source
those who truly open up to the great mystery can experience the infinite multidimensionality of their being all the time , they can on command and even restrict themselves to 3d if they want when communicating with other 3d beings or doing ordinary things
illusions !, there are no illusions
there is only that which is the truth
