What have you guys learned from DMT spiritually? For me what I think I have learned was "don't touch". Anything in life is going on a divine path and it all has worked out, will work out, and is currently working out. Last time I smoked it, I had an ego death. I was reborn from hyperspace into this world again. I saw how everything we do is so fear based. And we touch things when we are scared of them messing up. But its part of life's beauty to have something almost collapse and a miracle save it. Anyways thats just a little thing amongst a massive arrangement of what psychedelics have done with my thinking. Hope to hear from you guys. Walter The Unknown = A Place to Learn

There is much more to reality than what we experience with our limited senses every day. I used to be an atheistic materialist. Science determined everything, and we only existed as a matter of grand coincidence in the universe (like the anthropic principle - it was not remarkable that life formed because if it formed anywhere there would be delusions of grandeur that it was special. Objects are not self-aware). But after seeing these realms, exploring hyperspace, meeting with these entities... And having friends who did the same... It made me question, "You know, maybe there is something behind mysticism." Now I have also had experiences with remote viewing before DMT use, so that had admittedly already quashed some of my materialistic views. But nonetheless experiencing hyperspace made me think there could be so much more! Things can be so cool in our lives. I try to adhere to this one Zen principle of seeing things like a child. While LSD ruined that glint for a lot of things, I gained the ability of seemingly objective analysis of the world. This allows me to now choose how to see things. So now I see our experience as a grand mix of scientific analysis and spirituality. I even think a lot of things like ghosts, extraterrestrials, and mystical experiences can be explained by futuristic science. Modern science is just too close-minded in my opinion. I spend a lot of time now thinking about the nonlocal, spiritual plane. Whether it is a dimension designed by super-advanced aliens or an inherent part of the universe or just in our minds, I fully believe it is something that can be explored, and there are many insights to be found within. Walter D. Roy wrote:What have you guys learned from DMT? Walter Personally, it has changed me forever. We are all one, and death doesn't seem quite so difficult to consider anymore would be the basic summary for me! Psychedelics in general have shown me how to meditate, how to project energy in a positive way, and how to feel the energy of others. I have become a believer in mystical concepts, I have seen synchronicity come alive and change someone's world. I have also seen someone's eyes open to reality in a way that they had never considered, and it is ruining their world..........psychedelics truly are not for everyone. At the center of this existence, it is everything and nothing, all of us and each of us and none of us. My light is now lit, and it cannot be extinguished.

If this is a story you're comfortable sharing, I think it would still answer the original question. The lesson isn't always a positive one. Well it was a LSD story, and it's still being worked through, but maybe one day it can be shared as a lesson. Time will tell- At the center of this existence, it is everything and nothing, all of us and each of us and none of us. My light is now lit, and it cannot be extinguished.

DMT and all the other sacred entheogenic experiences I have had revealed to me on a very person level that everything in my life is hinged on my state of mind and heart. In DMT hyperspace life seems more real in the shedding of the ego and it can be hard work, but it comes to me as I adapt as tangibly divine, my brain working on overdrive for sure but the spirit world becomes alive, having visions, and amazing recall. Past dreams, memories, all these experiences getting sorted.
The mystics talk about breaking through the ego self and once we see just who we truly are, it's humbling. I come out of so many of my entheogenic trances in complete awe. I am, as life is, and the fire within creation is seen for what it is, burning in my heart, and giving light to my mind.
I am alive, I am the seer in a world of shadows and light!
We are all one in the light of this immensity, this awakening to the simple purity of being. Then the experience passes and I fall back into my world, my things, but with a new understanding. There can be such joy found in the simple act of being.
It gives me a new reverence for all life. And I don't fear death so much anymore, the ego self is just an illusion, pure consciousness, and my soul I now feel as very eternal. I enjoy my life, the middle path comes to mind, not to much of this or that, quality of life...and finding love.. for myself and giving this love to others.
Thank You DMT.

...that life is such a spectacular ineffable gift that one must also ˝die˝ to actually understand and fully appreciate it. Peace & Love ˝What you are is this deep deep thing...and you love to play.˝ - ?

the ungraspable, unspeakable, ineffable mystery that we've always been steeped in and forever will be.
we're bathed in mystery, every square inch.
live life and enjoy; experience.
we are the imagination
you are that

It taught me that what we experience normally is such a small part of everything there ultimately is. A microscopic part. Is this reality real, or is hyperspace real? Nope, they're actually both real, and they're inseparable from each other.
It also taught me that there's no truly death, and that we're overhyping it, because we cling to the material and are blinded and imprisoned by our ego.
I can't return to old ways anymore, but I also learned that I don't belong to those old ways. I have an urge to either go and save a world by trying to awaken the all of humanity, or to run away in some cave. I chose the later (although metaphorically).

Lots of what has been said above. And that everything is alright. Always. Fear is an illusion and part of the evolution of a human. Sometimes we are like a cosmic child, crying over our metaphorical spilt milk, learning eventually that it was never actually that big of a deal, and it's all part of the play. x Much Love <3 xx
