Hi all! I wanted to post here about SWIM's recent experiment. A little background first. SWIM started out with a Vapor Bat which worked but wasn't too keen on the whole copper or steel mesh. Next moved on to classic VaporGenie. Big difference in results but SWIM has a problem with the classic because it can never be really cleaned. Lots of residuals. SWIM has really enjoyed being on a semi-private area on the beach for his trips. The rolling waves, the hypnotic sound of the water, and the endless horizon all play a part in keeping SWIM from feeling anxious. So the idea of using any kind of flame kind of went out the window. Btw, SWIM also likes being home on a comfy couch with eyes closed. Anyway, SWIM decides to go the vaporizer route. His purchase was the DaVinci Ascent. Pricey but so worth it. At first there were quite a few failed attempts. The ascent comes with 2 glass jars that get inserted into the heat chamber. Not sure why at this time but they didnt work at all. SWIM then decided to get grain alcohol and make some changa. This was a success but here is where the lightbulb went on. Why dissolve in alcohol and soak herbal blend then wait for a day or 2 for evaporation. So he decided to fill the DaVinci about 2/3 full of an herbal blend (this particular blend was Damiana, chamomile, lemon balm). He heated the chamber up to about 120°F then turned the vaporizer off. Then took a weighed amount and gently poured it on top of the herbs. They slowly melted in. After about 10 minutes SWIM turned the ascent back on. He was able to inhale for about 25-30 seconds. Barely any plastic smell if any, just a light scent of the herbs. All SWIM can remember is that upon exhaling he had trouble hitting the power button to turn it off. He thinks he is going to like the fact that it has an auto shutoff Smile
During the trip SWIM felt blessed that he was called to this place and felt privilaged and honored to be allowed to see what was before his closed eyes. Hopefully this post will provide the simplest way to use the DaVinci.
Ciao!

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

Two tips: Ditch the SWIM, which makes for horrible reading and protects you from NOTHING.
And, two, employ paragraphs. I don't know about others, but when I see a block of text full of SWIM's, I can't bring myself to read it.
Fear, belief, love phenomena that determined the course of our lives. These forces begin long before we are born and continue after we perish. We cross and recross our old paths like figure skaters; our lives are not our own. From womb to tomb, we are bound to others. Past and present. And by each crime and every kindness, we birth our future.

SWIM doesn't really care what SWIM does grammatically. SWIM was just trying to point out what makes a post easily readable, and therefore said SWIM will get more thorough responses apropos to SWIM's original post. SWIM meant no offense. SWIM has a strange way about him.

Thanks for sharing! I too have the very same vape.

I'll give the changa a shot. I had thought about trying changa in the davinci, but wasn't overly motivated. I played around with various different uses of the glass jars, but came to the conclusion that the glass jars wouldn't be great for a break through. Very pleasant for low level doses. Which temp setting did you use to vape it?

Another thing I tried_ Got a Vision E-cig adjustable battery. It goes up to like 4.6 volts. I dissolved some spice into some flavored oil that did not have any nicotine. YEP. Sitting in the park with friends, walking in the woods, on a pond... where ever, when ever, no one knows but you.

Thank you technology!!
Sometimes it's good for a change. Other times it isn't.

Bro, I'm planning to get the ascent but can't there be anything that can make the gadget breakthrough worthy?

Haha,Laughing I remember I started out saying swim before, dropped it after my 3rd er 4th post, too exhausting, and made me feel crazy talking about "somebody who isn't me"...

Btw, Intezam,

They were tips, not horrible accusation's of insult. We like to keep it clean an tidy here, you will get talked to, and you will be questioned on a forum post here, and there will be responses.. Just take it with a grain of salt and something less, they are just recommendations and opinions offered, not forced.

@iNeEdAMiRacLe, I have a fellow member questioning this device, all I could do was tell them what may or may not happen but needs some input with a device like this. Hit him up on this thread his SN is SargeHT

heres the forum site: https://www.dmt-nexus.me...sts&t=4103Thumbs up

@darklordsson

Thanks for the mention bro... I've been watching reviews here and there for the best vaping device out there..
And this was my choice as to the flexibility of temperature setting. But a first hand review from a fellow nexus bro would seal the deal for me.
Clicked the link you posted but it says "you tried to enter an area where you don't have access"
Maybe it's because of my newbie status Smile
