I took advice from forum posts about how doing DMT too often can take away the magic..

So I waited about 5 days and lit up!

This time i didnt lay down ..instead i sat up with head back in a yoga style position with hands and arms at my side..

Sitting upright..I relaxed into a beautyfull visual and physical trip..
Durring experiance i could feel energy beaming all through my body from head to toe as i sat motionless with eyes shut i got the most beautyfull color and light show full of moving visuals..like 3D windows spinning through space ..awesome pinks and purples..also i could see green skinned beings in the distance...also these neon colored bubbles would apear burst and reapear again .!

So many great visuals and perceptions of all this was fantastic.. ..too much to recall now..
A beautyfull relaxing warmth would travel through my body ..I was very comfortable in this sitting position..instead of lying down..

Not shure how important position is while spice triping?

It seemed that my sitting upright relaxing in a yoga type position helped boost the trip..

That short 15 to 30 minute trip felt like hours..and when back to borderline i felt as if i just took a weeks vacation on the sunny coast of southern france or Ireland and felt rested and positive knowing there was still some beauty left in the world.!

I'm having a break as I had lost my way and this gives me hope that the magic will return to full effects ,

Also I sit up strait legs crossed after I was having trouble with being uncomfortable and breathing troubles and sitting up was tge key , I'm happy for you buddy !

I forgot to mention that when i sat up i lost the feel of my physical body and i felt my skeleton more than my flesh for a while..
Strange beams of energy running all through my body...
strangly..This sensation felt funny but great! and i was very relaxed through the whole thing!
Then the awesome visuals would be an artists treasure!
When it was over i felt energized!

Give it a break for a while it helps.../
