Like supersize me, but with juice instead of mcdonalds  I haven't seen it yet and I have to leave for the day soon, but the free screening is only for 2 more days so I figured I'd post it now if anyone wants to watch. http://www.superjuiceme....gn3ogwuqwht2hbr9vssvlefjI don't think juicing is a cure-all... far from it. But definitely can be incredible, in my experience. I've only done up to 7-10 days before.

Bought a relatively cheap juicer some time ago. Great stuff, but go through lots of vegetables, hehe.
I put in anything and everything vegetable/fruit wise, will make a tall glass, and drink fairly quickly. The way I feel when it enters into my body is one of the most incredible feelings - a mix of energy mixed with that tingly sensation all over my body, like the feeling when you get really excited about something, or something that moves you deeply, yum.
Nourishment for the Self-Body complex.
