Hello all After my not so good experience i decided to give it one more to and experience sheer amazement. I was close to in tears when I came out. And I love you all. Anyways, some back ground, I loaded up a hefty scoop (somewhere around 30-35mg I believe) and was nervous to have my eyes closed since my last voyage. However, I decided to keep them closed but ended up getting a little nervous so began to open them. I closed them once more after this and it was to the point where it made absolutely no difference. Eyes open and closed were the exact same thing. Infact, I began to not even be able to physically tell if my eyes were opened or closed despite trying to open and close them, it was all just the same. Does that make sense? My question, I'm merely trying to decipher all of this and am wondering if anyone (even though I know you have) has experienced anything of the sort and if they could describe what it was like, or what happened, or why it made no difference? I love you all, safe travels.

Yup...once you take "enough" eyes open/eyes closed shouldn't make a difference. Sounds like a beautiful experience Wiki • Attitude • FAQThe Nexian • Nexus Research • The OHTIn New York, we wrote the legal number on our arms in marker...To call a lawyer if we were arrested. In Istanbul, People wrote their blood types on their arms. I hear in Egypt, They just write Their names. גם זה יעבור

Yep, I echo this, if you have enough it won't make a difference and you won't know whether your eyes are opened or closed, I experienced this on my breakthrough, for a time I wasn't aware of my bedroom or this reality either!

Well, the two physical eyes become useless like the rest of your body -- but that other eye is wide open, sometimes for the first time ever. {{{{{{{{{{{{Remember what you are}}}}}}}}}}}}}} Fear is a millstone.

Hey thank you all for the response! I like the idea of it being you're third eye that is seeing everything at that point making no difference in the physical eye. Thank you all though, reading this just brought back the absolute beauty of the experience!

I rarely close my eyes when I do DMT. Last time I made an initiation I was with 3 people I don't know (well, 1st time I saw them), and they (softly) wanted me to trip, as they all have been through. So I didn't want them to be in my trip, I just closed my eyes, found my inner peace and had a "regular" trip to the hyperspace. Finally I close my eyes only when I don't want to see something in the reality (like a computer screen) or when it makes me feel to do it.

My take on eyes closed/open is simply that closes them 1) allows you to relax more and 2) cuts out the "visual noise", both of which make it easier to realize what you're seeing. In reality, I do believe you generally see the same thing regardless, it's just a matter of how much you're paying attention. With higher doses, you don't have a choice but to pay attention...

I should add that on my one breakthrough dose, I had no choice. My eyes slammed shut and I didn't even think of them again until I was almost down. {{{{{{{{{{{{Remember what you are}}}}}}}}}}}}}} Fear is a millstone.
