Hi guys!

I think my wife proceeded me in my quest to break trough last night.
When i asked her if the experience changed anything she replied: EVERYTHING!

I want to share her experience with you all, i'll try to keep it as short as possible but it's important to sketch her character a little first.

She has a strong personality, she tends to keep her deepest emotions for herself most of the time, and most important, she's a TOTAL control freak! Not ideal when you chose to explore your inner self.

She only had one mild mushroom trip and one rather heavy mushroom trip that also changed her life, she smoked DMT 3 times before, and only had one semi breakthrough, but never really beneficial, until yesterday.

Yesterday she finally decided she was ready to smoke DMT again and asked me to let her do it alone, she'd come downstairs when she was ready.

I explained her how to use the VG and left her in peace, i did some dishes and listened to some music until i noticed she was gone for at least 40 minutes, i respected her will to do it alone but i started to get a little worried now, i decided to give her 5 more minutes and check up on her.

After 5 minutes i went upstairs and slowly opened the door of the room she was in, she was lying in the seat and quickly asked me to leave.She looked very happy, so she was fine.

After i took a shower she came to the hallway and i asked her how it went, she said "you won't believe me if i told you".I asked her if she thought something had changed, she sure looked like she had a profound experience and said.

"Everything has changed".

I said i would believe whatever she told me of course, but she said she couldn't explain it anyway.
And said "i'm gonna have to go back, i can still grab it if i go back now".

I then left her alone again until she was ready.

After she came back she took a shower as well and came back to try and explain what happened.

I'll try to reproduce her story as good as i can, she had a hard time explaining so i'm gonna have a harder time to reproduce it, ...but i'll try.

After the initial hits it all started out with sandlike colored geometrical patterns and she felt the need to take another hit, totally against her character, she's a control freak mind you.

So she did and went deeper, the colors kept changing and intensifying, the patterns got more complex every time, she kept repeating this process and kept going deeper and deeper, extending the time she spent in this other realm every time, she told me she HAD to do that, not out of her own will, but she just HAD to.

After that i saw her in the hallway, and she told me she needed to go back, to still grasp what she almost could.

That's when everything changed, she said she could FEEL the meaning of life, from the bottom of her toes to the tip of her head, in her whole being, not by thought but by feeling, she was explained the meaning of life through energy instead of language.

She did not see entities, but she could definitely feel them all around her.

I obviously asked her to explain what she thought the meaning of life was, but couldn't possibly explain, she said it was a FEELING, unable to explain, but that we are all SO FAR from how it could and should be, we all have the potential to live that way but we are completely going the opposite direction.

Also did she feel a deep compassion for all people, and much more respect in general for mankind, she's also convinced there are multiple parallel universes where these beings, entities exist.

The experience ended in a deep purple geometric vision when she got back.
This is only the beginning for her, i think we have a new devote to the DMT experience.

I'm sorry for my poor storytelling skills, it's also pretty hard to describe someone else's DMT experience, but i hope it was beneficial enough and you guys enjoyed reading it somehow.

Sounds like she had a great experience, I do agree as well that we are far from our potential on this planet!

She had a great experience for sure, although, i think this is still not a FULL breakthrough probably, but it definitely had an impact on her well being.

It helped her to see the world in a different light again.

But I'd take this "forever" with a grain of salt. This "forever" may last between one or two weeks, if no serious mental post processing is done also...at least, from what I've seen and learned.

No it really isn't funny.

No seriously, i really believe all humans NEED an experience, preferably a psychedelic experience, to get them back with their feet on the ground, to make them see, feel, how the world COULD be if we understood each other a little better, it saddens me, and angers me to see how ignorant some people are, and i mean ignorant by choice.

My wife really needed that, she is, like most of us, trapped in the turn mill of our busy world, stress takes the upper hand of us so easily, if we have the opportunity to see everything in the light of an infant for just a short period of time once in a while it is enough to remember how it all CAN be.

She remembered again, i'm so happy for her.

Yes Steppa, i'm aware of that, it fades away quickly, but i guess more experiences will keep her on that path a little bit longer, i hope so at least, ego recovers REALLY fast!

There, imho, lies the answer. Easy to get wrapped up in all of whats going on and easy to get hung up on any one part and miss the underlying essence/feeling to the whole experience. Sounds like she nailed it though! Infinite blessings to you guys.

Im glad she has such a profound experience. I feel you completely though, as my gf of over 3 years has been imbibing in smoked dmt since the beginning with me. It's brought us so incredibly close and has changed us both separately and collectively. I hope you guys receive the riches, as we sure have. It's a special thing to share when your significant other 'gets it'.

Yes Tattvamasi, it sure is a great thing when your significant other gets it.
In the 14 years we are together she only ate mushrooms a few times and DMT 3 times, like i said, she's a control freak, but she always supported me in my explorations, she was a heavy cannabis smoker like me though, but we both kicked that habit.I asked her if she felt like trying DMT again, and finally she felt she was ready, and she didn't hold back either, i think she did very well.

On a spiritual level she was always a little above me, but she did need this experience, it helped her... i'm not sure how to put it... level, get back to the basics again, i'm sure she'll explore hyperspace further, but all in time i guess.

Yes it is profound and magical, and we all are far from our full potental on this planet. DMT unlocks these boundaries and breaks down barriers we would not know exist, to show us that there is more, may not be the whole picture, but its a broader spectrum from what we are used to seeing, and her being the "control freak" how would you say it impacted her with that issue in her personal life if u dont mind me asking?

DMT helps us see better of problamatic feelings and learn to help ourselves the best way it knows how, through ourselves.
We just need the willingness to change, and it sounds she was right up there, but we all need to keep learning, listening, interpeting, and thinking to be better than who we are currently, the exp may be life changing, but is never the whole picture. "The day we stop learning, Is the same day we stop growing." I take this line to heart even though I cant remember where I had heard it from.

I don't think being a control freak had a bad influence on her life, we both are control freaks, but i can let go on psychedelics, although i think being a control freak prevented me to fully breakthrough though.

It's not natural for her to keep going deeper, that's what's so strange about her experience i guess, she felt the need to keep going deeper.

The last time she took mushrooms with me changed her perspective on life, it was 7 years ago and still has an influence on her view of life, she looks differently at the world, more positive, with more hope.She started out with a low dose and wouldn't take more because she didn't want to let go, but at low doses you NEED to eat more, otherwise your whole trip will be confusing and rather dark. She took my advice eventually and ate more, a lot more, and the trip gave her new perspectives, which she still lives by.

"The day we stop learning, Is the same day we stop growing."

Sure, it's a little in the lines of:

"If life keeps asking you the same question, you ain't learning the lesson."

Or

"You can't keep doing the same things and expect different results."

Right, anytime theres a brick wall stopping you on your path and you keep reading the flyier on it, its the same thing, not different, but the one after will have a new saying on that brick wall, but u need to get over, under, go around, or simply pass through the one that is in front of you currently to find something new.

I do have to update this i guess,

I said "forever changed" and i know she felt that way at the time, but as mentioned before, after a few weeks the experience kind of faded away, like an intense dream fades away, you never really forget, but the way it feels, or felt, fades.

Which is normal of course, but "forever changed" might be a bit exaggerated.
