well if you eat enough...three days...but..that doesnt meant you cant take MICRO doses...very very little...and learn about it slowly..

its not something to take lightly because it has been known to cause deaths...so...research research research...and then

do what alexander shulgin does when testing a new material...start very very very very very small and find your own comfort zone with it

Amazing pics Benzyme! A tiny bit of background info might help to interpret these...
The red area in the first picture is the nitrogen atom of the tryptamine part, isn't it?
Is this what makes it a base?

About the Ibogain: I'm thinking of trying 0.5 grams of the root powder... that would be safe as a test dose wouldn't it?

yes, that's one of the nitrogens, and it's capable of hydrogen-bonding

but there is another nitrogen at the far end of the molecule (it's between a teal and magenta color), with two methyl groups branching off of it. that is the part which gets ionized to the free-base form

these are connolly (MMFF94 charge calculation) electrostatic maps

swim would love to grow iboga, and slowly forge a relationship with it over many years.
swim is currently slowly building a firm foundation with mescaline atm. a true medicine.
