There has been recent discussion about this interview in some other thread in this past week or two. Do a simple search for Amber Lyon.

Ah, sorry. Didn't click on the link, and I misread your OP. That's my fault.

Watched it and it was interesting as usual since i like anything psychedelic related but...
all podcast was Joe and Dennis and perhaps 10 sentences from Joshua.Neutral Would like if Joe interacted with him more or if he gave more initiative so we could hear something from his experiences and ideas since we already know a lot what Dennis has to say. Nothing to take away from Dennis and Joe just saying it's kinda redundant to have two guests and only one is dominating.

Listened to this today. Really enjoyed it.

Just wanted to say 2 things. I remember the whole "backlash" against Joe and his constant repeating of the pineal gland before better research was done. I'm sure that there were people who were annoying about it to some degree, but I think most people (at least ones like people from the nexus) were just concerned about things that were speculative being presented as facts when they were just theories. Joe was good in the sense that he started saying it was only a theory after people brought it up so good on him. He seems to genuinely care about finding the truth as much as possible I think.

Also surprised Dennis just sort of let the comment Joe had near the beginning about Aya being harder to brew than it was to Extract DMT which I think we all know is clearly not true despite how relatively easy the latter is.

Really enjoyed the conversation though, would have been nice to have the other guest get to chip in a bit more to hear more about the organization, but the internet can probably fill in those gaps.

It's a pretty good book, I grabbed an ebook version when it came out. Interesting to read about the experiment at La Chorrera from his point of view, he seems so rational ordinarily...

I like the JRE; it really makes for a good platform for getting some 'far out' ideas to potentially millions of people. Hell, podcasts in general are a minor revolution in communicating ideas IMO.
All these posts are on behalf of Stimpy, my yellow bullhead. He is an adventurous fish, and I feel his exploits are worth sharing...so much so, I occasionally forget that HE is the one who does these things. Sometimes I get caught in the moment and write of his experiences in the first person; this is a mistake, for I am an upstanding citizen who never does wrong. Stimpy is the degenerate.

Dare I say it? The DMT Nexus Podcast??? Is that going too far? I think it'd be awesome.
Fear, belief, love phenomena that determined the course of our lives. These forces begin long before we are born and continue after we perish. We cross and recross our old paths like figure skaters; our lives are not our own. From womb to tomb, we are bound to others. Past and present. And by each crime and every kindness, we birth our future.

I thought the Psychedelic Salon and JRE covered it handily. Too bad MAPS podcast doesn't update regularly.
