Thanks both, wonderful images. Hadn't picked up on that thread yet Cyb. Maybe this one can be moved? Done

The Persian architecture figures very prominently in my own trips. I'm often left pondering about that link and the fact that they really didn't have access to the tryptamines like the S. American natives did. Though Shipibo patterns do take a front stage in my infrequent Pharma-Ayha forays.

I feel like although I haven't read any direct evidence of persians using dmt containing plants, that they still did. There are intelligent curios people it seems all throughout the globe and seemingly in all times, so I suspect some were tuned into the dmt and beta carboline mixture phenomenom. We know they know about rue so it doesn't seem to much a stretch they found dmt containing plants or psilocybin containing mushrooms. I say this because so many times I have had persian themed trips it just seems to odd that they would have been clueless to these things given the art and architecture.

The first time i took Rue (without dmt), i flew over unbelievable beautiful temples and mosques, like a classic flying carpet ride.
I "saw" hundreds of these architecture artworks.
I am 100% sure that the old persians knew and used this medicine.

Although I was unable to view the picture, I have seen some Iranian mosques from international tv programs & docs. When I saw the insides of them I was amazed by the beauty, and wondered if the artists were on DMT when they designed what to paint.

I saw a similar image that was actually taken from the ceiling of a mosque and was SUPER fisheye. It was incredible. I will see if I can find it because it is so abstract you dont even really realize at first what youre looking at until you reposition yourself a bit to look at the picture. It just looks like a mandala at first.

You can actually take a virtual tour of that place, but the colors aren't that vibrant I don't believe. If you run a search for "DMT and architecture" you'll find a whole bunch of cool architecture (including this mosque) along with lots of discussion and somewhere in that thread is a link to virtual tours of famous sites.

MERGED

I find it extremely difficult to believe this mosque was designed by someone who hadn't experienced some form of DMT.

Well I've been rather hesitant about posting this stuff, but I shared it in chat and people liked it so I'll share it.

A lot of my architectural designs are inspired by DMT and experiences I've had on LSD. My philosophy towards design, is also inspired by psychedelic thought.

These are just a few of my early projects. I'll post more if you like or make my own thread.

Yeah, those are great. I like the strong diagonals, the chiseled facets, the sense of aerial suspension. Neat.

I think profound mystical experience is likely the common factor, rather than psychedelic compounds in particular.

Holy mackerel!
Thats amazing and here is the information you wanted:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spanish_Synagogue_(Prague)

When you find an image you want to know more about do this:

1) Go to Google.Com
2) Go to the Image Section.
3) Drag and drop the image from your desktop onto the search box.
4) Or paste or type the URL of the image itself if its on the web into the search box.
5) Hit Enter (or Return if you are on a mac).
6) Sit back for one one thousandth of a second and wait.
7) Dig in the results a bit and you should in many cases be able to find not just the original but a lot of info if there is any.

Neat huh?
