Hi everyone,
So after so long, my dreams have finally come true and over a 48 hour weekend, like an alchemist in the lab I worked hard at completing this Tek, It did not take 48 hours but due to circumstance's I could not do everything right away.
Here is some photos and some feedback.
1. Get cling film - I had to walk 1 hour to the local shop because I assumed cling film would be at hand, stupid of me to assume but just saying.
2. Be extremely cautious with the Lye, I mean cautious. Any of the mixture that contains the lye is quick to burn, I had a few drops manage to get on my hand and it burnt/melted the skin within a few moments. I am aware Cybs makes emphasis on this in the Tek, but I am backing this fact up.
3. Get Gloves - Yes, I was wearing gloves, but make sure they are comfortable and wont stop you doing what you need to do.
4. Eyewear - Get condensation proof type glasses, if you want to be safe there is nothing worst than not being able to see through the mist of your halitosis
or chicken breathe!
4. Make sure the lid of the mixing bottle shuts air tight before doing anything - There was a tiny air gap in the lid of the glass bottle I purchased, was a pain in the ass and had to keep cleaning everywhere, lesson learnt.
5. Get a Syringe - I must be stupid or something as the Turkey baster was driving me crazy, I was literally going mad trying to use the baster I purchased. It was impossible. I think a large syringe and even one with a needle would be much better, just make sure its long enough.
6. Do not shake the mix too much - I was shaking vigorously throughout the process, my intuition told me something needs to be activated, so I fapped away like there was no tomorrow, this caused an emulsion of a mess! The problem with the emulsion is that it blocks the separation process, I got lucky by adding more lye, salt and cold Ionised water to fix the issue but save the headache. Shake but be gentle with it.
7. I get this feeling that most of the DMT is contained right at the bottom of the Naptha after mixing and heating as per the Tek, I say this as the first pull I completed was the best, this was the pull I managed to get nearly every ml of naptha out.
8. If you can, get already powdered bark, coffee grinding the bark is one hell of a pain in the ass and unless you want to spend a few hundred dollars on a decent one, it will leave alot of ... branchy bits, I can not think of a better word maybe pulp like bits, these seem to float to the top and I believe was possibly blocking more of the DMT rising up, if this is how it all works.
9. Get scales - I did not measure the micrograms at all, just pure guess work so its frustrating I have nothing of value to share here.
10. Finally, dont smoke nothing and till you research how. I did not realise it was an art to smoke until I epically failed.
All In all, I have to say, I am really happy with this Tek, I trust the information that Cybs provide and have done alot of research. Many of the crystals formed were crystal white snow flakes, whether this was to do with the type of bark or the extraction tek I can not be sure.
I had some residue from the bottom mix when trying to pull the naptha but again, I found it impossible to do.
This was from 50g of Root Bark Mimosa Hostillis, also this is only 2 pulls worth and some is not pictured as I wasted 2 hits in a dry bong and also did not photo the other small amount. The top mass is one pull, the bottom is the second plus a mass double than what is shown.

Please let me know what you think and also, if you have any Breakthrough smoking advice, it would be much appreciated. I dont have hundreds of dollars to spend, just want something that works for cheap.
I have to say, I do fear DMT, I have approached this with much love and respect. My first trip will be sacred, I have many questions, I fear DMT but fear gives courage. I am excited and put alot of work into this, here are the fruits of my labour.
