I recently found this.

They took one o fthe crystal skull vodka bottles and recreated the face of the person it would be. I think it's a little creepy looking, but cool!

Maybe that might send you off on an odd trip if your pipe looked like a real face.....

I used to have one of these... I drilled the hole right in the mouth of the skull so hitting it was kind of a "kiss of death", if you will. Unfortunately The Machine only tends to be good for a certain number of uses before the glass cracks/breaks, so mine is no more. I still have the bottle though

Might I suggest using a bit more scrubber in your bottleneck? When heated, DMT tends to "run" from the heat source and seek out cooler ground, so a lot of it will run to the slightly cooler glass walls of the bottleneck. When I used to use The Machine, I would pack scrubber into it pretty tightly so that the whole neck was filled. This seems to help catch some of the DMT that runs down the walls, so one loses less and has less build-up in their bottleneck.
