Hey guys and gals!!
Sooooo I'm interested to know of anyone here has any experience with these hormones? Iv done some research on this stuff and didn't find many results that weren't extremely contradictory. So I guess what I'm wondering is if anyone from the nexus who had experience with these would enlighten or point me in a good direction.

What Iv read but not confirmed:
Triacantanol - from what I could find through research 1-5 ppm foliar spray (not sure for what duration) supposedly it's boost growth?

6-BAP - not sure on ppm, but Iv read it has a 85 day period between when it was used and when it can be consumed, and Iv read it's usually only used in a single application per growing period.

Gibberilic acid (GA3)- I'm pretty sure I know the correct ppm for seed germination but I have no clue when it comes to use on a plant, I know it can force a plant to flower prematurely, and is sometimes used for feminization but Iv also heard people using it to boost growth

Like I said I'm not sure the correct amounts or combinations of hormone to use per desired outcome so any input would be greatly appreciated Smile!

ALSO if anyone has any experience with hormones that I haven't listed id love hear about their mechanisms
AND I plan running test on a few young plants too hopefully learn something that could benefit others Smile

Thanks !!

Specific intended effect and specific plant will define how those are used.

BAP is used anywhere from 1 to over 1000 ppm (0.1%), I've even seen it used as a 100,000 ppm paste. If you want to induce pupping (branch formation) at specific chosen spots you'll use it closer to 1000 as a paste in lanolin or toothpaste or something.

Triacantanol has been used to boost growth for hundreds of years, it used to be called 'leaf mould', now theres expensive sprays they sell to pot growers. Leaf mold still works.

Gibberellic acid, first and foremost, makes things grow like mad. It doesnt just boost growth, think 20 foot cabbage vines. It can also effect gender and in low concentrations effect flowering time of some plants and in moderate to high doses (25-250 ppm) break seed dormancy.

It'll all depend on the desired effect on targeted species.

Oh, thanks for bringing this up. I didn't know about Gibberellic acid until now. I guess I'll give it a shot too, as GA is dirtcheap.

Here's a dude, who did an experiment with radishes. Ffw to the 1.5 month state (6m48s):

And here's a lecture from UC Berkeley on Plant Growth Substances, GA is mentioned @ 37m19s:
