CICADA 3301Fascinating stuff. Next clue out in 3 days apparently. Anyone know anything else about this? I have a 4 yr old boy, but have never seen a HP movie!! There are many MANY viewings in my future as he gets older I am sure. On January 5th, 2014, Cicada 3301 released another enigma to the world. 3301Intriguing to say the least. My sister is convinced it is an art project and I tend to agree, though an art project that is baffling some of the best cryptographers and encryption junkies in the world...? With references like Allister Crowley, William Blake, William Gibson, R.W. Emerson and with encrypted quotes like “The work of a private man/ who wished to transcend,/ He trusted himself, / to produce from within” and “For Every Thing That Lives Is Holy”, it seems cicada 3301 is an individual or a group that would get along quite well around these parts.
