I have much trouble falling asleep naturally without drugs I have developed a concept in my mind which states:

Instead of sleep, i want to bathe myself in energy.

I think of energy as a radiant white light or the inside of god.. The grid where demons/angels/you/me reside in a "tele-pathic" (Quotations because Tele implies distance which is most defintely an illusion in this context)

A telepathic grid of timeless energy.

I want to play in this field of gods when i lie in bed without having to resort to unhealthy drugs.

Do you think this is an achievable goal?
If yes, how could one work towards achieving this set goal?

__

PS, I don't think any drug that helps in achieving this goal can be defined as unhealthy anyway. I have a feeling that if this goal is attainable by herbs/foods/substances these substances are likely to be the most healthy for a human being to ingest for both spiritual and biological purposes.

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

you can also try breathing short breaths (in-out)

this helps sleep come on quicker , 5 minutes of is excercise is enough to promote sleep

edit : there is an issue with this , look to my post below

Sounds like you're still looking for a sleep aid; not sure how calling it field of divine energy instead of just sleep changes anything. As mentioned above, manipulating your breath helps; you can also try focusing on the deep muscles behind the eyes and see where that takes you.

I asked an entity while on dmt what i need to do to sleep better at night. The thing chuckled at me and said in an off-hand way that for me to get better sleep i need to play more in this telepathic grid in which he is contacting me right now.

That was months ago, i dismissed it long ago thinking it makes little sense, too hard. and now tonight it just hit me. just took a small dose of mushrooms and felt so sensitive to energies of other people. If i could just immerse myself in it for half an hour while lying in bed waiting for sleep, i think that could improve my motivation to go to bed.

Err, i wanted to say more but it got lost yesterday. The site stopped working.

I wasn't thinking clearly when making this post. It was more or less a shock-factor along with shroom-induced excitement. I did not expect many replies.

Anyway, i did fantasize before sleep yesterday. Imagined talking to people, even doing some hot sex which felt ultra real. Had a proper DMT experience as well and it amplified my imaginations to higher levels. Probably won't work in the long run as it felt there was some presence there teaching me a lesson.

I have tried to see things behind my eyelids for years, it never worked except for yesterday. With a little dmt still active in my system i could see 3d arrangement of lines when i closed my eyes. Quite strange, actually

Short-breathes, ye? I have tried taking one deep breathe and then letting my body to the rest to try and promote delta sleep. I'm going to have to try short-breathes. As a pranamaya excersice, it may or may not even induce a kundalini awakening, if that is anything like doing mushrooms and tripping permanently i am game.

Zolpidemtartraat is a sleeping aid that probably works. Doesn't mess with REM sleep. No side effects. Little to no habit forming. Low tolerance build-up. I could use this as a sleeping aid. I highly recommend others who have trouble sleeping to look into this magic pill.

don't try short breathing , there is some issue with it , i was getting mixed results yesterday unlike previously

if you do then do the excercise for a minute and continue to let it dissolve in your normal breathing pattern i.e do it for a minute and then let go and breathe normal

edit : i will update better info on this later this month , i'll try different patterns this whole month to check out the efficiency of different patterns at inducing restful sleep

I'd love to see the info when you have it, Jin.

It's a weird feeling when you breath differently. Sometimes i walk with a shadowed mind and then stop myself and i really ask myself if i haven't forgotten to breathe for the last 2 minutes.

It feels weird to consciously breathe differently. Doing it for a long time makes me feel nauseous. Same thing with taking deep breathes, i find it more advantageous to take a few deep breathes and then breathe normally, i find that the effect of taking a few deep breathes changes my unconscious normal breathing patterns as well.

I'm also of the suspicion that DMT plays a role in regular breathing patterns. Breathing has played a significant role in some of my DMT trips. I swear one time i saw entities near my bed. They looked very dmt-ish with plasma/red/energy-like colours.
