Embarrased Not to be a snobbish forum user but I rarely get responses in this newbie section on serious questions. Oh well its a good site, I am not complaining but it kinda suxs ( Venting ) The only reason I say this is BL and shroomery don't have as many DMT experts so its annoying when I constantly get zero feedback here, sorry for the ignorance if anyone can actually answer me that would be highly appreciated… I have asked like three times on BL and shroomery no one knows.

Can I make a tincture of Diplopterys Cabrerana leaf and a separate tincture of syrian rue, or B Caapi and have an Ayahuasca experience. I would evaporate down to goo and cap or if its liquid I would mix it with some juice, I can't stand drinking traditional AYA anymore Ive enjoyed the taste one too many times.

I would inject the MAOI a half hour before the DMT tincture.

Will this work or now.

151 proof bacardi would be my solvent

Thanks for any possible answers

Bump can I get a second pharmacological opinion on if an aya tincture would work, this response sounds a bit biased, I see no reason it would not correctly extract the needed alkaloids especially effective with correct evaporation?

Opinions at their finest.

Whether aya and alcohol mix in any way, this is to the end-user to decide. Some like their aya with a fine wine or beer, even a cheap lager sometimes.

Never tried it, but why would a properly made ticture not work?

OK - it wouldn't be ayahuasca as you know it but rather alcoholic plant tinctures (that already departs from the norm). But if you are departing from the aya norm (i.e. decoction) what stops you from going to pharmahuasca?

I just don't want to do an A/B extraction, I can preform perfectly them and get pure white crystal but I am not going to be making DMT crystal anymore, I have obligations that can't be risked.

However could I just cap up 4 grams syrian rue, and 10 grams of Diplopterys Cabrerana Chaliponga ground leaf? Or does the alkaloid need to be extracted?

Im down with STB but I don't know if it works with confusa or simplex

You could eat the 4 grams grounded syrian seeds and do 30 minutes boiling on 10 grams chaliponga, drink the resulting tea after a bit.
Or boiling larger batch of both, reducing, filtering and keeping dosage concentration in ethanol as preservative that you will simply boil off before use.
That would be aya tincture ( if you use caapi for instance )

I have tried Aya about 4 times and it just never works, product has fine alkaloid content, I just throw up so quick from the taste. I am a great tincture brewer and I am more interested in just using bacardi 151 and soaking the dmt leaves in a dark place shaking twice a day for a week same with syrian rue or b cappi, then simply let the alcohol evaporate as much as possible and water creating a good /liquid substance, that could be caped up and ingested or mixed with juice something to mask the bitterness. I have always had great experiences, just curious if an edible alcohol tincture will work with these plants!?

Still confused I have asked this on BL like 3 times no one knows, I might just guinea pig it.

ive made a caapi tincture...its quite delicious..tastes chocolatey...its not really a tincture its more like a condensed tea with alcohol added for preserving the tincture..

ive never had any problems with harmalas alkaloids and alcohol

I think the answer is Yes, because:

-Harmalas are extracted withe ethanol to obtain 10x caapi leaf
-Endlesness Sodium Carbonat and Ethanol Tek proves that DMT is soluble in ethanol

so i see no reason why it should not work Smile
In Lak'ech - I am another yourself
