Hey brothers and sisters!!! I have a question that i know has been asked but iv always seen the same answer to. How the heck do you make bitter calea tea drinkable? I used about 2 & 1/2 grams of dry calea leaves and made a tea... i tried it and basically wanted to throw up as the bitter flavor lingered for the next 5 minutes, at that point i added an unhealthy amount of honey and sugar also just for precautionary measures i blended a hand full of strawberries and another of blueberries and mango which i added to the mix to hopefully curb the god awful bitter taste. Well needless to say i took a sip and about threw up for another 5 minutes due to the lingering bitterness from hell :/ Anyone have secrets to curb the bitterness? Also anyone who has drank that fully i would just like to tell you that you have balls of steel and i bow to your greatness thanks!! p.s. on the plus side my bitter calea plant its almost 5 feet tall !!! anything posted buy this account is 100% fiction

The trick is to make a resin and put it in capsules. Either make a tea and evap it up to a goo or soak it in alcohol and evaporate that up to a goo. I haven't noticed much difference in effect between water and alcohol soaks so I recommend water as it's quite a bit cheaper than booze.

That didnt even cross my mind!!! is there a specific dose of dry leaf to start with(to make resin) that you would recommended so im not just wasting my calea? The reason i ask is i see conflicting answers when it comes to dose. thanks again for brilliant piece of knowledge!!! -2j anything posted buy this account is 100% fiction

Also check out this thread: https://www.dmt-nexus.me...aspx?g=posts&t=38213I obtained 10g from my plants, so instead of making an extract, I shredded the leafs and just gulped them down without letting the powder touch the tongue. You need a gum to chew on right after it. Then it's bearable. Unfortunately, the 10g hadn't an effect on me.

The stuff is nasty. I've never made a tea out of it, but I've smoked it and it tastes like smoking a leather chair (which is not as tasty as it perhaps may sound to some of you). "Science without religion is lame. Religion without science is blind" - Albert Einstein
"The Mighty One appears, the horizon shines. Atum appears on the smell of his censing, the Sunshine- god has risen in the sky, the Mansion of the pyramidion is in joy and all its inmates are assembled, a voice calls out within the shrine, shouting reverberates around the Netherworld." - Egyptian Book of the Dead

It might depend on how the leaves where cured but my calea has an almost sweet flower like taste when smoked followed by a slight bitter taste but nothing overpowering. I find the the taste of mine to be quite enjoyable. anything posted buy this account is 100% fiction

^.^ LOL, that is impressively descriptive Global! It isn't so nasty if it's mixed with other herbs. And i do think at least some of the 'active ingredient' is extracted into the smoke. *ALL WAYS WITH LOVE

I like bitter. Please send me a sample so I can check this out If it's worse than strong wormwood tea, I'd be extremely surprised. “There is a way of manipulating matter and energy so as to produce what modern scientists call 'a field of force'. The field acts on the observer and puts him in a privileged position vis-à-vis the universe. From this position he has access to the realities which are ordinarily hidden from us by time and space, matter and energy. This is what we call the Great Work." ― Jacques Bergier, quoting Fulcanelli

I wouldnt say "worse". Genuine Calea is very bitter but with a pleasant creaminess to it. For me choking down cactus snot is worse than Calea, despite being distinctly less bitter.
My method was always to brew it into a strong tea and just stoically drink it. It helps drive the intention home, hard to not notice when your drinking real Calea.

I could see the cacti snot being worse due to texture, and maybe I'll give the mixing with a heavy tea thing a try!! And yes I would say If you question if your drinking real calea then you probably aren't anything posted buy this account is 100% fiction

Oh, it is definitely worse but not too worse - let's say twice or thrice as bitter. Strongest i' ve gone was calea tea made out of 50g of herb after previou smaller doses had no effect whatsoever. When even 50g had no effect i gave up on this herb. I find the smoke quite pleasant though. Albeit the bitterness of calea will put tears inyour eyes and might make you wanna punch a wall, it is just bitter and goes away...i find ayahyasca, mimosa tea and syrian rue tea far more vile concoctions than calea.
