Experiencing fear during a dmt trip can change it. It can also effect your outlook on it. Two ways you could look at it is:
You were given that experience to help you in having more respect for your experiences.
You were tested. To see how you would react. To test your fearability.
These are only a couple examples of how you can view this particular experience. I have not been able to come up with a foolproof way of dissecting the experience in order to know for sure what was truly meant as far as the true message.
The only thing I can conclude is the possibility that everyone's experience is personal, and therefore it's tailored for you in such a way that whatever makes the most sense is what the message really was.
Therefore causing anyone else's interpretation to be biased. I personally am working on unsubstantiated fears. So such experiences feel as though I am being trained to deal with fearful sensations without reaction. Which is something I have been consciously working on during everyday life.
It's also been said that some entities are attracted to your feeling of fear. Pay them no mind, energy flows where attention goes.
