The autumn is always a beautiful time to trip. The explosive colours of the trees and the crisp, clear air... it's just lovely. Summer is also a great season for tripping for obvious reasons.

A cloudy day may be alright (I'm sure you wont be disappointed in any way), but from experience I can say that DMT loves the sunshine. The visions seem to thrive in the sharpness of sunlight. However, profound and great experiences can happen regardless of conditions. I tend to like night-time as well, as it's easier to create the right "atmosphere" inside using lamps and whatnot.

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

Well, I did the trip, with a friend, and it was...intense. We lemon teked 1.5g of reasonably potent cubensis mushrooms, then went off into the woods to see where we ended up.

I think this is the first time I have ever really felt like I had messed up a trip in a big way. The entire experience was really chaotic, and now, having just come down, I can't really remember large portions or make sense of any of it. There were moments of weird, somewhat schizophrenic anxiety, along with feelings of intense euphoria.

My assessment is: grey, cloudy fall day does NOT lend itself to tripping, at least for me. I really feel like I would have benefited from the presence of the sun.

Blessings

I like clear skies regardless of time of day. Sunny in the garden puffing changa or smoking FB is ideal. But I like the longer trips to be at night when things are cooler and calmer ideally under the stars in nature, near a fire.

Sorry to hear that you had a less than stellar time Thumbs down I know that overly-chaotic feeling all too well. The monochromatic feeling of a cloudy day isn't always the best. Glad you didn't take a larger dose, that could've launched you into very unpleasant mental territory. Well, at least you know for next time! Stay well

In times past praying for rain in drought or for beneficial weather patterns during the growing season was common practice around the globe. Now we regard such activities as mere quaint superstition or wishful thinking at best. What if somehow our intentions and our prayers could effect the weather? Is it possible that the ever increasing weather turmoil could be simply a reflection of our collective psychic turmoil? What if our spiritual disconnect from nature was at the heart of all this climate change business?
