Hey lads and lasses,

I have been desperately trying to get off parnate (trancycypromine) for the last year (a massive dose 40 q.i.d. used for refractory depression). I have gotten off it twice before this, but this time it's bringing migraine qualities of depression's curious pain with it when I taper down. My firt posts outline my struggle with the Noonday demon and how DMT saved my life if anyone is genuinely interested in giving not technical "advice" to solve this problem.

In short could (key word could) using proper blood pressure meds to offset a hypertensive reaction (Nifedipine or nifedine XL which is all you get in the ER anyway) could I use ibogaine therapeutically against depression?

This is one of the best places on earth, thanks for existing Nexus, I can't wait to kick this parnate filth and join some real scientisits and serious psychonauts.

Eric
