Hi all,

About 12 days ago I sowed 20 San Pedro seeds in a 50/50 mix of sand and regular potting mix in a large plastic lunch container, misted till moist, and placed the box outside in direct sunlight.

With all seeds I try to germinate, I'll fill up a hot water bottle and place it under the pot/container to stimulate growth.

The issue I've got is that for the next week or so it will be cloudy and raining (thus very little sun and warmth) compared to when I sowed them. Will the hot water bottle and a dim sunlight exposure be enough to get these babies started? I've only seen one tiny pinhead appear, and after so many days I'm a little concerned.

Any Advice/tips would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance,

i anchored a paper towel atop my germination chamber, to soften and filter and possible direct sunlight, though it sits in a spot that mostly remains shady throughout the day (except for the first quarter of the day)
