The science behind common methods of detoxing for drug tests? If not I apologize, but if so then I have a question.

Lol after searching nexus I realized there are already some discussions on this topic. My question is about using fruit pectin, or certo, in order to retain thc in your kidneys on the day of the test so it doesn't come out it your urine. Some people say that it coats your kidneys, some say it is because of the high fruit fibers, and some say it doesn't work at all. This is the method that people swear by, never failing once, which intrigues me as If I fail I will be in some trouble.

I get tested once a month randomly and I smoke a lot, 2 grams of dank a day. I stopped smoking on August 25th, I know it was dumb. I've been working out daily, taking cranberry extracts, and going to the sauna daily. The earliest I could be tested would be the 2nd of September. I usually use these pills meant to take on the day of with dilution, they contain B complexes and creatinine. I haven't failed yet but this time I was too risky so I wanted to take all the measures I could in order to pass.

My plan:
Morning of test.
1) take pills
2) drink pectin pack in a bottle of Gatorade
3) continue to drink water and pee for a couple hours
4) test with midstream urine

Anyone know or have experience with fruit pectin? There are a lot of myths out there, I believed the niacin myth for a month. Any tips? I would especially like to know how exactly the fruit pectin works. Anecdotal evidence is appreciated, but some facts would be nice.

sounds like you work in Babylon. If possible for you, find a new job. That is what I would do anyway. Drug testing violates your rights as a being. I have walked out before after getting a job, and then being asked to take a test. It just is not worth it, unless you like don't have any other option.

Assuming these are unobserved tests - no one in the stall when you pee - Google for the words "Synthetic Urine" and "Substitution". There is some excellent info out there. Main thing is to be sure you get the temperature right.

Pretty much every other method is just one form of dilution or another (no matter what type of juice or cleansing drink is involved) and then hope for the best. If you go that way, never give them your first urine of the day, and always give the middle of the stream, not the start.

Sadly I have no options and my rights must be continuously violated because I'm on probation for possessing marijuana. Also I've quit for a few months but felt really depressed, like something was missing. I know I should just quit until this crap is done with but it's hard for me. I can't believe the people who are supposed to be protecting our rights are scavenging my piss for remnants of plant metabolites in order to put me in jail and fine me. Makes me wanna just give up, is that what they want? I wish one of them would use their own brain for just one moment instead of following orders. There's got to be a world of freedom out there somewhere and I know I'm not living in it, but I'm trapped. Sorry I'm just feeling bad, don't mean to complain. And yeah it's my fault for not waiting to get a medcard, but I also don't think I should have to be fraudulent or diseased in order to smoke weed. But I'm preaching to the choir.

Wow. So sorry that you have to suffer the actions of constipated idiots. Guess I should feel lucky. I have been caught a number of times with cannabis and I was not even handcuffed. They always either just took it or made me dump it out and step on it.

I had a friend who was basically always on probation for possession. He would always just buy those detox drinks at headshops and they worked until one time he failed and got put in jail. I am not sure which drink it was that failed him though.

How long are you on probation for? How long before you test are you notified?

If its random testing I would buy a creatine supplement and drink lots of water regularly to keep your system flushed.

Also after you have been tested I would go and exercise for a few days to get some thc out.

You may want to just consider quitting smoking ganja, find another herb to smoke, at least in the meantime.

I've been on probation for almost three years now, and after a few violations I finally learned the hard way that it's better for me to just abstain. Sitting in jail for an accumulative of ~150 days between the three violations, doing drugs and being selfish really was't worth all the heartache it caused. I got away with intensive drug tests for 18 months this last time around, but if you are in a strict state/county and you use any drug regularly you are going to get caught, eventually.

Sorry to hear korey. It really makes me feel insignificant knowing that they can just ignore any and all of my reasonings because it is illegal, the bottom line is it doesn't matter what you say because no one is able to listen. Freedom of speech is pointless if no one has their own freedom to hear and think logically. The good news for me is I'm off next month hopefully, my probation officer made a mistake and its 3 months shorter than it was supposed to be (9 months) and I never told her, wel see what happens haha. I got some at home tests so I'm not as worried now, strongly recommend them if you smoke even once on probation. Being uncertain about your future freedom is torturous. But it does inspire me to write. This is like the last emancipation and it feels good to be in the right fight. Hopefully in 50 years ill tell my grandchildren about how they collected my bodily fluids in search of a plant in order to imprison me and hauls my life and educational path.

I think me and korey deserve some reparations at least they should return our weed. I was caught with my all time favorite strain, blue dream. I remember when they said, that looks like more than a couple joints worth, you may get intent to sell. Lol it was an eighth. The best part about legalization is that the police can start protecting citizens from harm, then I could give them the respect they demand.
