yes, the lower mimosa was what you'd suggested and I made the notes. That serving had already been created and bottled Drool
Endlessness? Arrrggghhh (with a smile of course) you've added HOURS to my learning curve! However, thank you for the links and I'll be all over them soon. Taking a week off consider/rethink some of the issues that you brought up. lol always seem to be questioning one or more aspects of my decision making in this arena, irritating while drawing and interesting.
My brew is a paste from another Ayahuasca knowledge site, I'll be happy to share that URL just not sure about the policy on other site notices, here.
"4. Banisteriopsis caapi mixed with Mimosa hostilis: recommended for advanced ayahuasca consumers. Boil 40 grams of finely ground Banisteriopsis caapi with 5-10 grams of finely ground Mimosa hostilis bark."

Both were powdered, brewed separately in 4 - 4.5 ph water, 1 liter per item. First cook was two hour slow rolling simmer, rarely went over 197 degree. Strained 4x, replaced the original water with fresh balanced 1 liter. I did that process until I saw no color change in the water. Strained out approximately 2 gl and then reduced that over 4 hours to a bit less than 1 qt.
Placed in fridge, because I was fascinated by the concept from other threads/thoughts I'd been reading here. The results were lovely looking, almost wine like. It was the first cooking prep I done that I actually saw the alkaloids of the DMT shimmering on the surface, very nice. Left a sense of grand things to come.
The effects, as usual, went immediately to welcoming stance. That was good to see. 1st serving 3oz. 1:40 later 2nd serving 6 oz. The changes seem to recede shortly after the appearance of, ?? lol soft, floaty, purple pulses that settled on everything? The purple phenom was stunning in it's softness and yet totally encompassed EVERYTHING! I blew softly and it would fly like dandelion puffs. I was humbled that the preparation I'd forced upon myself to be there was recognized by my senses.
By the notes I'd managed to jot down it was 2 1/2 hours that the purple effect was the zenith of that package/recipe, no where near my initial ceremony.
As to prep, sanctity, intent and setting. Like I said, looking at that. It is a grand comfort to be able to come and speak so honestly to you all, you all are my heroes, lordy knows I need me some heroes.
