The most amazing thing is that geometry that underlies nature is the same throughout the universe. A circle, sphere, triangle, tetrahedron, etc. are the same on each planet, and there are only 5 basic platonic solids that make up all 3d matter throughout the cosmos. Same with the golden ratio and the fibonacci and logarithmic spirals that are scattered everywhere you look, even inside your minds eye
For something that was supposed to come together randomly out of complete chaos, it is all so super structured, precise and simply perfect. Although when you look at some of what we as humans get up to, our waste and destruction, you wonder how such a perfect universe gave birth to such weird and self destructive creature. The positive thing is we are only at the very beginning of the evolution of consciousness so hopefully there is time to sort ourselves out, and find harmony with Nature
To me, the fact that the superstructure, that is parallel on dimensionalities, and has similarities on different dimensionalities, is not surprising at all, or makes me wonder if there was some external conscious force driving it to be as such, or a creationist approach.
I think, that what you describe as common on scales/dimensions both big and small, ie mathematically model-able phenomenon, thats just order descending upon what was once pure chaos.
Its evolutionary physics one might say, the fact that these imperfect representations of a driving "pure, or perfect" mathematical pattern exist.
They may have as well once not, and due to mere random, or quantum energy fluctuations, provided the momentum for evolution at its most basic level, energetic. Some things worked, some did not. what did thrived, and that's why we have the laws of nature, physics, and energy that we do now.
The fact that its so interconnected, and the mathematical representations of the reality we perceive match up on such varying scales, only affirms my belief that the reason there's such fundamental mathematical commonalities between natural phenomenon, is because it evolved to the point its at now.
And the imperfection, could either be it hasn't evolved to such a degree that we perceive it as perfect (though idealistically an impossibility. We might be limited by our perception of perfection to be fooled into thinking it exists, but imho its not achievable). OR the imperfections, could be the result of random quantum energy fluctuations, chaotic influences, stirring up the order that relatively exists in our observable reality/universe.

In a society in which nearly everybody is dominated by somebody else's mind or by a disembodied mind, it becomes increasingly difficult to learn the truth about the activities of governments and corporations, about the quality or value of products, or about the health of one's own place and economy.
In such a society, also, our private economies will depend less upon the private ownership of real, usable property, and more upon property that is institutional and abstract, beyond individual control, such as money, insurance policies, certificates of deposit, stocks, etc. And as our private economies become more abstract, the mutual, free helps and pleasures of family and community life will be supplanted by a kind of displaced citizenship and by commerce with impersonal and self-interested suppliers...
The great enemy of freedom is the alignment of political power with wealth. This alignment destroys the commonwealth - that is, the natural wealth of localities and the local economies of household, neighborhood, and community - and so destroys democracy, of which the commonwealth is the foundation and practical means.โ - Wendell Berry
