would smoking a cigarette 1-30 minutes before blast off heighten/ lengthen the experience at all due to the MAO inhibitor in tobacco?

ok thanks i know a friend who has some home grown stuff and mapacho, hopefully one of those will work if not i have some b caapi in the mail

Good quality mapacho definitely works. I've used it in previous changa blends, and smoking it on the come up of a mushroom trip kicks the psilocybin into overdrive (producing dmt-like CEVs).
