Is it possible to actually meet a representation of a real life person in hyperspace?
While this may be "possible" it certainly seems far from common. It has never happened to me personally after over a thousand journeys, and I don't really hear about it all too much in experience reports. Never seen any dead relatives, living ones or friends or consensual reality acquaintances. It would be ignorant for me to think that since it hasn't happened to me, it's not something that DMT does, but it does seem like it's something that it doesn't tend to do.

I just thought of something else! I read if you call out for help or entities you've met before they're more likely to come... what if you call out for a real person? Let's say, your mom, a best friend, lover, etc.? Nothing? I can't imagine that the intense emotions and connections with a person would not manifest in hyperspace if you asked them to.
If you call out for entities, there's a chance they might come. I imagine some people are probably better at this than others, or they get "luckier" at the least. I've tried calling out for real people a couple times, never worked, and then there's what I said about real people above as well.

IME the entities very often time don't seem to care what it is you want or wish to experience. They may care little for who you wish you encounter (if you're to encounter anybody at all) or what you wish to do in hyperpsace. It's not very clear at all what determines the experience you'll have, but suffice to say that "they" seem to have an agenda of their own, and they're not easily swayed. Using DMT tends to be more of a passive experience where you let things happen to you as opposed to trying to manipulate and impose control on the experience. With a mindset like that, it becomes very difficult to access the higher, more interesting realms.
