So, I have not been embraced by Mama Ayahuasca's arms since last summer, and it so nice to be back in the preparation mode, and back pursuing the forum again for insight, inspiration, and encouragement. I feel like I'm back in my future home.
Tomorrow I will be going on my journey with my love, who I met not to long after my first journey, and knew I had to stick around despite the bad first night because he's a feminist and he had a copy of the "Cosmic Serpent" on his dining room table.

It's been an amazing ride ever since, and am looking forward to this next step in our relationship.
In addition to embarking on this journey with my Love, I have been given the privilege of using my mother's home and yard for this journey. My mom will also be there in the event one of us needs a little help with something. As I said in a previous post, I have the coolest and best mom ever!!!! She's been reading James Fadiman's book "The Psychedelic Explorer's Guide" (which I have read, and gave to her for this purpose) to prepare herself; in addition I have been sharing key insights I had the first time I did it. I want someone who is there who is not journeying in the event one of us comes to bad place and needs some help moving through it.
I just wanted to share because I'm currently making my brew, and am pursuing the boards to while the time away...
I'll make sure to update this sometime next week with the outcome of our experience.....
"So it was that Dreamer put a tree at the center of the universe and from that tree were born time, space, individuality, conflict, sex, and death. Of course it is no coincidence that these are the ingredients of a good yarn and the first one the tree spun is still one of the best: boy meets girl, boy loses girl, boy gets girl back. Since then, every time a seedling sprouts, dozens of new stories sprout with it, so Dreamer hasn't been bored for a moment." -from the book "Plant Spirit Medicine"
