1) pour olive oil in lid.
2) leave in sun for 3 days.
3) drain oil
4) wash with ample soap and water.
5) enjoy!

Quick update:

It can take a few pulls, just like an extraction.


Edit 2: Also, I've found it best to leave the lids in the sun until the olive oil has lost its color. This can take a while depending on how much sun they're getting.
