When I speak, I want you to understand me. I don't want you to only intellectually know what I mean but for you to feel what I mean. I don't want word-filled forms to corrupt and confuse the reality of my message. I don't want your mind to categorize or label the forms that my mouth create. I want you to hear me. But when I say that I want you to hear me, how do I know you know what I mean. You may nod in a way that will confirm from your mind that you understand. But will I understand that body language? Will your message be transformed and changed as it is synthesized into vibrational waves that are sent through the atomic make up of the air that breach the walls of my mind and understanding of this world? I am not sure if you know what I mean. But I can be confirmed on the fact that you hear me. I want you to understand me. Do you?

communication is fun! even misunderstandings. Usually there is a moment where you can tell that your message got through, despite dificulties to express yourself or missing the right words or whatever. Sometimes that moment never comes. or maybe I don't get it... Oh Enoon, are you up to your old "astral travelling into peoples spaces" again hahaha... That Steve Irwin disguise just don't cut it  Back on topic (kinda).. I feel that body language makes up a huge portion of our usual methods of communication, often creating inflections and adding assertions to the verbal portion of a conversation. This latest method of mass communication (social networking etc) offers many classic examples of how people can often take the wrong impression of what is said because they are only using one element to attach to (vocal) when our subconscious is traditionally used to dealing with a fuller picture (so to speak). Personally, I think social networking is a Trojan horse. If we do not watch where we are collectively going, next thing we know "Comacho" will be president and "Mike Judge" will be seen as a prophet. Ok, I guess that was barely even on topic.. The one thing that does strike me from reading the original post is this: "Don't concentrate on the finger or you will miss all that heavenly glory".
