salbutamol (ventolin) for boosting the lung capacity and full opening of the bronchial tubes, IMAO for boosting the travel. Drug Interactions : MAOIs or Tricyclic Antidepressants: Salbutamol should be administered with extreme caution to patients being treated with MAOIs or tricyclic antidepressants since the action of salbutamol on the cardiovascular system may be potentiated.  sounds scary but like every medicine paper.think its not a big danger at all... Harmaloids are not MAOIs, but RIMAs. Not to say it wouldn't be a potential problem, but there is a significant difference.

RIMAs (Reversible inhibitors of monoamine oxidase A) are a subclass of MAOIs (monoamine oxidase inhibitors ) and they are definitely nothing to be fooled with.
