Although spring is late here in switzerland i did some work in my garden. Last weekend we had some more snow,
but i prepared some pots in my greenhouse to seed my hemp. Today i planted some flower buds outside.
Who else knows the fullfling joy of gardening?
Like many times after the work outside i went into my winter garden for an extended changa session.
Who else loves to trip around plants? My favorite setting is in summer just after sunset in my garden.
I can't wait for the warm summer nights.....
Who else?

Live plants. Sustainable, ethically sourced, native American owned.

Hello Herba Luisa, i have a small plot of land in France that a friend and i are preparing for cultivation. We have been clearing trees and digging roots in the last couple of months as it was very overgrown.
I am a complete gardening newb and my friend talked me into helping him as i initially offered the land to him as i prefered to see it being used. My first thoughts , as he tried to cajole me into helping, were "OMG i don"t have time for that!". But i have to say i am finding the experience very pleasant! I can definitley see the appeal.
We are planting courgettes, petit poids, tomatoes and herbs, also planning acacias. And, in time , i would really like to start a bee colony.

You're not alone, I too live in a cold climate. It's snowing a little right now, actually. I just got into my garden in the last few days, to start cleaning things out, and a few of the herbs I planted last year are starting to pop up - feverfew, yarrow, mint, chives and johnny jump-ups. I'll be planting lots of annual vegetables too, and digging out some more lawn to expand the garden space. Smile

Hi hug46, you'r right, to maintain a garden can be hard work, but in
the end you can harvest a lot more than what you've sown.
To care for a garden is better than any psychotherapy. Five minutes
in my garden and i'm totally grounded. Nothing better to relax after an
anoying day in the office than to see how your plants grow.

I love gardening, especially on a large scale! Wink

What, you ask, was the beginning of it all?
And it is this...

Existence that multiplied itself
For sheer delight of being
And plunged into numberless trillions of forms
So that it might
Find
Itself
Innumerably.
-Sri Aubobindo

Saidin is a fictional character, and only exists in the collective unconscious. Therefore, we both do and do not exist. Everything is made up as we go along, and none of it is real.
