So over the fall, I had experimented with LSD for the first time. One of my friends who was with me was also trying it for his first time. The second friend however had used it 4 previous times, and was expecting a mild journey like he got from his last doses. However, these were much stronger...

So we started our day by dropping our doses and listening to some music and talking about life events while waiting for the two hours to pass. At about an hour and a half, we started getting the first feelings of the LSD in our legs, and needed to get up and move about. So we decided to go to the forest that is in the neighborhood. Since none of us could drive at this point, we called up my girlfriend to come give us a ride to the forest preserve entrance. This is where things started getting a little weird.

As we pull up to the entrance to be dropped off, there is a group of people walking out of the forest towards our car. To our fear, we realize that one of them is Obama! He was a white kid wearing an Obama mask, and it totally weirded us out due to the fact that he kept watching us as we passed each other. He would not unlock his gaze...

After almost bursting with laughter and screams, we push past this obstacle and move into the woods, while my girlfriend drives back home to take care of her daily activities. As we are walking however, this deep sense of isolation from the rest of the world starts to set in. I start to believe that we are the only ones in this world and that we are wandering around endlessly without a purpose, in some strange ever morphing psychedelic world.

The trees started to dance in the wind, creating almost a tunnel like effect over and around the sides of the trail. This was by far one of the coolest things I had seen that day. The trail itself was rising and falling like the waves of the ocean during a bad storm. Yet we kept on walking, rising and falling with the wooden waves of the trail.

After what seemed like hours, we came to another area of the forest preserve that was more of a prairie, and even though stuff was on the verge of dying due to the time of the year, it all still looked lively and vibrant to me in this state. I could appreciate the beauty in these not so beautiful, dead surroundings. Continued to walk around here for a while...

Heading back to the entrance, my one friend who is experienced somewhat with LSD starts to lose his mind...He was barely able to hold onto reality. We got out of the forest and walked to the near by seven eleven, the whole time with his freaking out because we have to walk past a busy street, and all the cars and noise were grabbing all his attention. We got there with no troubles though, and rehydrated ourselves for the long trek back home.

After getting most of the way back to the house, there is a small lake with some benches that comes into view down the street. So we decided to sit here and enjoy the days end by watching the sunset. Little did we know what kind of a treat we were in for!!!! We got to witness one of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever laid my eyes upon, and it filled us with so many feelings of joy and happiness to be witnessing such a magical event. This part of the trip was by far the most rewarding. After this not much else happened, and we walked back home content with what we had done and seen.

I am attaching a picture of said sunset to share with you all. The picture was taken right before everything started to get that red/orange tint to it. I should of waited to take the picture.Laughing

Cool man, sounds like a fun time. How long did the experience last?

I think that one lasted around 18-20 hours...I ended up taking another small dose 2 hours after the first, as the first was kicking in. I dont know why I did this, I think it was just because there was a half hit left and no one wanted it. Didnt want to use just a half hit at some point in the future, so I just took it.

By far the most enjoyable LSD experience. I did have to communicate with a police officer that day though, because apparently we were trespassing in a part of the forest we were not supposed to be in. Upon going back, I now see the big ol' no trespassing sign Embarrased
