even in my area. My two largest were outdoors and lost most leaves the last couple months, but I made a little experiment indoors before freaking out completely and the rooted bare stems will sprout new leaves as soon as the temperature raises and the light period is longer. So mimosa in Europe, yes... but cheating might be necessary.

IME, yellowing in the leaves hints for either lack of light (or bad spectrum) or lack of nitrogen, so as long as light is ok, repotting and some fresh soil will stop the yellowing. I gave mine nutrients only when repotting was not feasible, organic fertilizer high in nitrates. If yours lose some leaves, pot them up and prune the roots a little when you can.
