My attempt at a tea didn't go over. Felt no effects but as filled with anxiety wondering if I had maybe done it wrong and realized that was defeating the purpose. This time I just smoked a little until I felt the effects. I meditated all the way through it. I didn't really try to guide the energy directly up the chakras this time and just kind of let it flow where it needed to go. It seemed like certain ones were linking together with a connection between them. I figured why not let the energy do it's own thing and heal itself, it knows what to do.

Syrian Rue is immensity special to me, on the few times I have tried the extract. I haven't made the tea yet. I especially resonate with harmine. Harmaline has it's use too (in extending the sacred spice space, etc), of course, but may tend to cloud the mind a little I find. Harmine I find to be truly Divine - so subtle, yet so crystal clear + uplifting, such a high benevolent vibration. Syrian Rue I intend forming a more in-depth relationship with in future.
