There is a torrent of 1.5 GB called "Trichocereus in South America" that is almost 2k pictures of our favorite Cacti.

It makes a good screen-saver.

TBM with terscheckii and bridgesii in background, and a torch arm peaking out. And some cool prickly pears, thinking about making a jam or something tasty. Any one know any good recipes?

Daaaannngg I would love to have a garden that size, DG!

Here's a few pics of my lovely cacti. My two big pachanois each had multiple flower buds, but only one matured. There was a bit of rot around each bud, I think caused by dew. I had them outside for quite a while, but brought them back in because it was getting wet.

The new growth is quite skinny, will it get fatter with age? This is my first year growing cacti.

As you can see, my torch is incognito. A shifty one, that is.

but they might given time and good light ( they will grow skinny if next to a window )

That greenhouse shot is amazing. Great garden you have.

youll be fine in a green house, keep it closed when it is cold, and open up when warm, to vent out humidity (humidity is your main enemy, they can handle below freezing temps if they are dry)
warm temps below 100*f are best, notice the shade cloth i use. keeps them from sunburn, and growing too yellow
