You can get auditory hallucinations if you meditate in silent darkness. All kinds of zooming whirling wobbling frequencies can be heard as you watch corresponding rotating and oscillating components of a Dr. Seuss-like alien spacecraft that's either being built by the noises or is creating the noises. At least in my most vivid experiences on 4+ grams. But the visions and noises only penetrate into your awareness if you focus and meditate intently on your direct awareness and are not disturbed by feeling like you need to do something or listen to a particular kind of music or in any way receive external stimuli. Your brain can tune into impossible frequencies of entertainment if you only turn within. Have fun! It's like painting a canvas with your mind's thousand paintbrushes and seeing the result instantly through self-telepathy =)

I wish you all the beauty you can handle man. I'm sure your experience will be both "eye" opening and "I" opening.  If it gets intense, remember to breathe. Take nice deep breaths, in for four seconds, hold for eight, exhale for eight. This will return you to a nice, neutral calm right here, wherever you're at. Enjoy! It went well. I didn't get a Godhead experience but I had amazing awareness of my whole body. I and full control of all my muscles. I danced a lot then I decided to hit the Hot Yoga Studio and I had one of my best yoga sessions ever. Overall it was an A+ journey. Wasn't enough to get lost in myself. Definitely felt the love from you all. It's what I really needed. I seem to have a really high tolerance to psychedelics in general.
