Hi,

I am aware of commonly discussed prescription medications to avoid when taking Syrian Rue, but I cannot find any information for the anticonvulsant medications I take. I can't really avoid taking them for any period of time, (I have an epileptic syndrome Lennox-Gassault). But have no real way of knowing if there could be an interaction. The drugs in question are, Topamax (generically known as Topirimate) and Lamotrigine (Lamactil). I understand this is a very specific question and noone may know but just thought that perhaps it was worth asking.

I'm sure it'll be fine. Teehee.

Thanks, Pia

Hopefully someone can chime in with some expert knowledge but until then, this is a list of meds to avoid with Aya.

I'm not sure if there are other meds you should avoid with Syrian Rue since it has the extra alks in it.

Either way, this should be a good starting point.
