Anybody into either that would like to discuss? I feel like my psychedelic experiences have been pulling me towards these views on reality. I'd love to hear from those experienced.

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

I would Very happy

I actually saw this thread when it was first posted but was still a new member so couldn't reply Smile

Around ten years ago animism first crept into my consciousnesses. I was on mushrooms at the time and for some reason that old line, if you stare long enough into the abyss the abyss stares back must have crept into my mind. Anyway I had the distinct feeling that I wasn't just looking at the universe but that the universe was looking back at me.

I had a conversation that night with my ego, standing in the mirror. Feeling like God was talking through my body and speaking directly to the fear inside of me. I had a similar experience recently on DMT that I talk about in this thread.

When I started experimenting with DMT I quickly got that feeling once again. That everything is alive and quite aware of us. That there's beings that look after and over all of creation that would love to interact with us but that they must abide by our free will and not shatter our world view. I've on several occasions felt this way and felt as though I was interacting with these beings.

On some level I feel that they're part of the Universal Mind that we're all part of. Granted, I try to keep an open mind and maybe mind altering chemicals you know.. alter your mind. But regardless, there's some part of me that really feels everything above and no matter how hard I try I can't really escape it.

My first breakthrough was me trying to think them away, get rid of the entities basically. They put me on my butt and basically laughed it off (in a good natured way). Letting me know that I couldn't just think them out of existence.

If you want to read more about my experiences I detailed a lot of them in another thread I started, here.

Even if you're not interested in reading over those posted links (the second one especially is pretty thorough) I'd still be very interested in hearing about your thoughts and experiences.
