Ok so this is a funny story I have about one of my first time smoking dmt. It wasn't my first time smoking it, but definitely my first time breaking through. It was about 3 years ago and I was smoking yellow crystal on the beach with a friend blasting off. I packed my bowl and proceeded to start hitting it. After my third hit I held it in and left my body flying very fast down a long hall way. Everything was going by me so fast I had no idea what was going on I just knew I was getting dizzy. Then all of a sudden I stopped somewhere along the hall and a green orb (I've later come to associate as one of my spirit guides) says to me "your okay everything is fine." At this point I had convinced myself that my body back on Earth had puked on itself. So I say to my spirit "I Know I'm okay but my body puked on itself." He says back "No it didn't everything is okay." So I tell him again "I know its okay but it did happen" me and the spirit continued back and forth like that for a little while until I came back to my body. I immediately jumped up and felt all up and down my body for puke, only to find nothing. I should've just listened to my guide from the beginning and he probably would have taken me somewhere a lot cooler haha. Nonetheless it was a learning experience and I still commonly see the green orb in my trips to hyperspace and I've learned to listen to it's advice and been shown some awesome places.
