mmmm, Yea!!

Vitamin supplements should IMO, only be used as in a form of medication to help rebalance the bodies "normal" level of vitamins, in the times of an imbalance. From there on, a balanced diet should be the norm, and nothing more required. A healthy person doesn't need any pill whatsoever: What a nonsense! Laughing

"I understand what you're saying, Infin., but TBH people need to wise up, and get real. High potency vitamin and mineral pills are like taking drugs. You're not eating food in a natural form/dose, etc. If people would clean their bodies out, eat sensibly they would feel calmer, healthier, happier, grounded, at ease.

If pple choose to eat crap, get obese, die young, then that is their own choice. We are all gonna die, so make your life a life you wanna live. If a vit pill helps, pop one, i don't bother and still can workout hard every day. Believe me, if i felt like i would benefit, i would pop, but sofar not!"

Why would you assume that I or anyone else who take a vitamin here and there after a trip is eating an unhealthy diet with junk food or is unclean? This is just your own projection here. Do you really want to know what I eat in a day?

Sure I supplemented some B complex and DHA souces from kelp daily for a little while when I started to eat some fish, eggs and raw cheese again..because I knew I was deficient and needed to reverse it asap..Do I need it now? No. Will I go on eating any kind of supplement daily? No. I dont need it.

That does not change how I feel about occasionally taking a vitamine the day after a heavy trip if I feel sort of weak or tired. Your running your brain at a much higher level than normal..and your often taking highly concentrated extractions(like ayahuasca or san pedro tea)..so I dont see why taking another refined organic supplement is going to do any harm.

You are also assuming that the food you are eating daily compares at all the the nutritional profile of the wild foods we evolved on..which is assumeing a LOT.

It's kinda weird when people live on vitamin regimes eating weird little pills and powders all day long. I remember one talk with David Wolfe where he said he does not even eat breakfast anymore. He said he had eaten enough raw food and now he just has this synthetic TA-65 or w/e pill, some mega-hydrate stuff that replaces water and a few other weird powders every day for beakfast and that keeps him goin. Sounds kinda weird and gimmicky to me..but hey w/e works for you I guess.

Long live the unwoke.

Well he didn't did he?

He made an all encapsulating sentence, then replied using his own testimony the best he could.

Wow...this topic has really grown since I last checked.

I just want to thank everybody for such great input on this forum on any question and to clarify a couple of things.

1. I think it is highly probable that a good diet is preferable than supplementing yourself with a multivitamin tablet

2. I am not a fan of every-day vitamin pill popping for a lifetime. I temporarily take multivitamins.

3. I do asses that my diet is (unfortunately) not perfect and I am taking them because i think that lacking those vitamins and minerals is worse than balancing then by using a multivitam pill.

I was only worried if there is some serious interaction. I found no evidence to this.

I do hope that my Aya session, and maybe the other 2 I will do during my stay here in Netherlands will also have a positive effect on my eating habbits and encourage me to eat healthy.

Thank you.
