Each entheogen has its own unique awesomeness.
I have been on a cactus frenzy lately, and definetly appreciate its awesome glory, but really mushrooms do things cactus cannot, and so does ayahuasca.
For instance, for me ayahuasca and mushrooms are like a more intense frequency than cacti. Things are clearer, in fact, ultra clear, super sharp, precise and fast. Cactus is a little more blurry, like it affects you at a more fundamental base level.
I think its not right to say any one is better than the other.... Clearly each is differnet and different people will like others more, but that doesnt mean they are acheiving the maximum potential of experience available from that entheogen...
Like how can you say cactus is better than ayahausca, if you are not a master of both cactus and ayahuasca (which not a single one of us are)?
I think it more important to go with the flow and entertain the flow of teachers as you see fit, no need to label them as superiour or inferior.
