Hi all, I have been starting to feel the calling of the changa spirits and after reading the morning changa meditation thread, want to start using small doses to aid in meditation. I have had changa on a few occasions before, the 1st being the most intense (felt very close to breakthrough). I basically want to approach it with utmost respect and I feel, that for me, small doses in conjunction with a peaceful meditation ritual will be a great way to get to know the changa spirits better.

About a year back I made a changa blend that I named "Magic Carpet Ride" which contains 500mg of acacia spice, 500mg of rue extract and a gram of herbage (mullein and blue lotus). For a number of reasons I didn't feel ready to enjoy and respect my blend until now.

I am looking to start out with a dosage of 40mg of changa which would equate to a dosage of 10mg of spice and 10mg of harmalas, would this be an appropriate dose for a nice, tranquil state of meditation with that beautiful, expanded tryptamine edge to it?

And how much would the harmalas increase the effects of the 10mg of spice?

Any advice from the changaleros out there would be greatly appreciated, thank you Smile

For meditation purposes that sounds good. Harmalas will ground it a little more, a tad bit slower, but the intensity will still be there regarding that dosage. Brings about a deeper character to the experience.

But my personal advice (and everyone reahces this plane at different time) I say, once your ready...pack er' up with 120-130mg changa.(30-35mg dmt) Twisted Evil Thumbs up

Or take that dose and stagger it, starting out small dosages and increase as the seconds/minutes go on. Thumbs up

Thanks for the advice guys. I don't really feel ready for a full immersive experience yet, though breaking through is definitely something I want to experience at least once in my life time. I guess I'll know when I know...

At this stage, I want to stay centered in my mind and body and slowly work my way deeper in conjunction with meditation. I read recently from another poster on how meditation can deepen a low dose in a real synergistic way. I'm going to set up a ritualistic space each time, I have a nice middle eastern style tear drop cushion (engagement present from two fellow psychonauts and close friends) which I will be getting comfortable on, also, I have a nice silk tie dye fabric to lay underneath the cushion and I will also burn some white sage incense and play some peaceful ambient music. I want to enter into this with full respect and intention.

Thanks again for the advice, I'll definitely take it on board.

^^Bingo! Do you have a GVG? If you do, it is really easy to just pack a bowl and let it ride because, with some practice, you can get a very good idea what the effects of a hit will be based on the density and duration of the cloud in the pipe.

If you don't have a GVG... my advice would be to buy a GVG. It will be the best $102 you have ever spent (I think $120 if you get the amazing axe pack as well Smile)

I have looked at the GVG before and also the Magic Flight Box. I bought a nice little glass spoon pipe yesterday that will be dedicated to my changa rituals. I will keep the GVG in mind though if I don't get on with my new spaceship of choice Big grin

Thanks brother!

And just to add, I think I will have a few harmala blend only meditation sessions first up to lead into using the changa blend. I might even knock back to starting the changa dose off at around 20mg doses. I really want to ease into it slowly and only feel a slight tickle of the tryptamine space to really let the mind make the most out of it and expand into the experience. Might even keep a diary of the progression of things...

Anyway, thanks again for the advice everyone and if anyone else has thoughts or suggestions, I'm happy to hear them.
