Hey guys,
I'm tying to make sense of these experiences I've been having with DMT. Firstly, let me disclose that I am on quite strong psychiatric medication. Treatment that was started two years ago after a chasmic depressive spell. I take 400mg of Seroquel (an anti-psychotic) and 150mg of Venlafaxine (an anti-depressant).
I am not 'breaking through', but I am having amazing experiences that appear so alien in nature that in really beggars belief. I am trying to resist the temptation to dive in and proclaim that these experiences are the result of some otherworldly intelligence, although that is what it seems.
I'm trying to recall as best I can. I think Terence McKenna was right when he spoke of the elusive nature of DMT experiences. Our psyche rejects these experiences as simply too outlandish to be believed and tries to jettison the experiences as quick as it can.
Ok, so firstly, dosage. I loaded 39mg in my GVG and took one long, deep toke. I believe I took most of the dosage in one hit. You may think the fact that I didn't break through as an indication that some of the dosage was lost but refer back to the medication that surely must negate the DMT.
I held the toke quite a while and soon that familiar body load took hold. Then things begin to get crazy. No CEV to speak of, but my world turns into something ineffable. My hands are distinctly "alien", smooth with elongated fingers. My finger nails begin to disappear altogether. The rest of my environment is quite polygonal. A carrier bag sitting on my desk is particularly angular. Objects appear cell-shaded. I can't shake the impression that I am becoming something alien. Most of it has already slipped away. Sounds take on an alien character also. It all seems very technological.
Has anyone had similar experiences?
I need to add: Guys, please resist the temptation to lecture me about using DMT while on medication. I have researched as much as I could, and there is nothing to suggest the drugs I am combining are unsafe. Regardless, as a grown man, I reserve the right to do with my body as I wish.

Thanks for reading.
