Hi all,

I was about to start a brew until i realised i had 25g of yellow caapi & 25g of red caapi, both shredded. Ideally I would have cooked up 75g of caapi but unforuntalty didnt have enough and just have these small amounts of 2 caapi. Anyone mixed caapi's together before? is this ok to do?

Thanks
A

good to know, its brewing away there now, just under boiling , slighting bubbles, but not eratic. Gonna keep at this temparature and it should be fine Smile

When I do my 2nd boil, i might add a bit more caapi frmo the whole vine i add, so make thye last 2 boils will be at 75 g's, that should potentiate the brew, shouldnt it?

THanks
