I took about 2 and a half good hits and closed my eyes. This time, it was unlike the 10 or so recent experiences. no fear, no intimidation, just curiosity of whats on the other side.
it felt like i was on a stretcher being carried through a hallway made energy. each stone had a mayan like symbol on it it was mostly made of blues and golds. before i could wonder what i was doing there telepathically they told me there were taking me in. they finally accepted me into their world. Very happy

the rest of the trip lacked in visuals. but during the after glow i stepped out into my backyard and this is the scene that greeted me.

I read that DMT really likes water, so would be interesting to see how that lake looks when taking DMT. You're very fortunate to have such a scene right at your door. I'd have to drive some 20 miles, and deal with crowds at the closest lake.

SWIM also has pleasing breakthroughs. He never gets shot out of that cannon that some others feel. It's pretty transparent, a lapse of consciousness perhaps, and he's there, albeit how random it is.
Nanaki, of course is a fictional video game character. He never does drugs that would alter consciousness. He only thinks he does.

That would be so blissful to blast off with that scenery. I have a pretty big back yard that looks pretty awesome under the influence there is also lots of places I could go around where I live that have lakes with almost no people.

Meditation to cure Depression.

What It Will Do for You

This meditation totally recharges you.
It is an antidote to depression. It builds a new system, gives you the capacity and caliber to deal with life, and gives you a direct relationship with your pranic body.
How to Do It
Sit with a straight spine in easy pose. Arms are extended straight out in front of you, parallel to the ground. Close your right hand into a fist. Wrap your left fingers around it. The bases of the palms touch. The thumbs are close together and are pulled straight up. The eyes are focused on the thumbs.
Now inhale for 5 seconds (do not hold the breath in); exhale for 5 seconds; hold the breath out for 15 seconds. Continue.
Start with 3 - 5 minutes and work up to 11 minutes. Build up the time slowly.
In time, you can work up to holding the breath out for 1 full minute.

Yeah, me as well. I grew up in Texas, where lakes and ponds of all shapes and sizes exist everywhere, but now reside in the middle of the Mojave f*n Desert !!! (well, the Sonoran to be exact, but same concept). . .
