i have a bunch of sediment of acacia confusa and was wondering what all you guys do with your sediment when you brew aya. the other day i brewed some formosahuasca and kept the sediment and ate it in balls of goo (and purged shortly there after(too early to get the alks in my system)). i was wondering what everybody else does with their sediment when they brew. b/c i am growing quite tired of eating goo rolled in flour.

If you stir your brew, just before drinking, then there will be far less sediment left.

I don´t know if this will work for everyone though, i have something of an iron stomach when it comes to these things. I hardly ever puke.

But just try it. Stir before every sip.

mix and drink or decant away and rebrew and drink or extract from it, but dont filter/throw it away at first otherwise you'll be losing actives.
